This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Mariuti Pub Registry at https://pub.mariuti.com ('the Services'), operated by Alexandru Florian Mariuti, VAT IT01633890056 ('we', 'us', or 'our').
1. 14-DAY REFUND POLICY
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, for any reason, no questions asked. This applies to all subscription types:
- Per-Package Subscriptions (monthly or yearly)
- All-Access Subscriptions (monthly or yearly)
- Lifetime purchases
To request a refund, contact us at info@mariuti.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Upon receiving a refund, your Subscription is immediately terminated and all access to the refunded product is revoked. You will no longer be able to download or use any versions of the packages associated with the refunded purchase, including versions released during your Subscription period.
2. WHAT YOU KEEP AFTER CANCELLATION
When you cancel a subscription:
(a) Your access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
(b) You are not charged again after cancelling.
(c) You retain permanent access to all versions of packages that were released during your active Subscription period. You may continue to use those versions in your existing and new projects indefinitely.
(d) You will not be able to download or access versions of packages released after your Subscription has ended.
You retain permanent access to every version released during your subscription, so no value is lost when you cancel.
3. HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through the Paddle customer portal (linked from your subscription confirmation email)
- By contacting us at info@mariuti.com
Cancellation stops automatic renewal but does not terminate access before the end of the current paid billing period.
4. PAYMENT DISPUTES
All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record. If you have a billing issue or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at info@mariuti.com so we can help resolve the issue.
5. EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 14-day refund policy described in Section 1 above meets or exceeds this requirement.
